Why hasn't my order been shipped?

 

Is your order pre-order? Make sure to check out the product's page to see.

We also have a 3-5 business day processing time for all orders. If your order was placed less than 5 business days ago, Please allow for the full processing time to pass before sending a support email.Please note that we are not able to process orders on the weekends or on national holidays.

 

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

 

Once your order has been shipped, please refer to the shipping details found in your shipment update email that contains your tracking number. When you track your order on the carrier's website, the specific shipping service selected is shown.

 

 

Do I have to pay for customs/import fees?

 

All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments.

What currency will I be charged in?

 

All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. We are not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.

 

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately.Please send us a message or email with your order number and tell us you want to cancel the order.

If the order already left our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order anymore.

 

 

How can I edit my order?

 

Although we're unable to edit the contents of your order after it's been placed, we can often help you edit your shipping address or cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped.

Please note: Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order or edit the shipping address.

 

 

Can I request a refund/return?

 

Yes, we allow returns within 14 days of receiving the item. The items must be unused and in new condition.

Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs) unless the refund is due to performance faults.

 

 

Can I change my shipping address?


Yes. As long as the order hasn't shipped you can request to have your shipping address changed. Please send us a message or email with your order number and updated address.

 

 

Can you combine my orders?

 

No. The only way to combine orders is to cancel both orders and replace them as one.
