When will my order be shipped?

 

We have a 3-5 business day processing time for all orders. If your order was placed less than 5 business days ago, Please allow for the full processing time to pass before sending a support email.Please note that we are not able to process orders on the weekends or on national holidays.

 

Where do you ship to?

 

We ship all over the world.

 

Do I have to pay for customs/import fees?

 

All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments.

 

Order Tracking

 

Usually,It can be tracked after three days when the shipment notification is received.

Once your order has been shipped, please refer to the shipping details found in your shipment update email that contains your tracking number.

If you didn't receive the tracking number,please feel free to contact us.

Please do not be alarmed if your tracking information has not been updated in a few days. Logistics company does not update their tracking information until the package has reached a sorting facility, transit location, or your local post office.

 

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions

 

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or result in a return to sender. Orders will be reshipped once the package has returned to us by the logistics company and reshipment cost has been paid.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. We are not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous or incorrect address submissions.
